We are a big eyewear manufacturing since 2018 with the professional team to design, source,produce OEM and ODM orders, supply and exporting for overseas brand name.
2. Can I place a mini trial order with my private label and ship to my Amazon FBA warehouse ?
Yes, we can make your any LOGO with your permission , you needed to provide us the LOGO usage authorization letter to allow my company to make it on the products and package. For sunglasses, you can order 600 pieces with various colors for try, for optical frames and reading glasses, you can order MOQ of 300 pieces, and just send us the FBA bar code with warehouse address or Walmart warehouse address. We will handle the “Drop Shipping” for you without delay.
3. We are fresh brand name, can your factory help us to build some hot selling designs together ?
Yes, brother ! Our designers are happy to do hot-selling building and try best to finish your requirements, Of course, you can provide more details about your markets data, trendy and culture. And first, make some physical samples for your testing markets.
4. What is your samples and mould charge policy ?
For old partners, all our new samples and moulds charge free. For new business trying , we charge moulds cost and express delivery fee. Once you place an order, all these money will return to you.
5. What is the payment term?
For a normal order, our usual payment is by T/T 30% in advance, and 70% balance will be paid before shipment. And for a small quantity order, you can choose XTransfer, Western union, Money Gram, PayPal freely.
6. How about your delivery time and shipment way?
For small quantity order, we will finish production and arrange the delivery within 15-30 days. And for large order QTY, it will need 35-45 days. We can ship your goods by boat, by Air, by train and trucks, or express delivery.
7. I am a retailer store owner, Can I customize my LOGO and special pattern with MOQ of 50 pieces?
Yes, because of our powful supply chain and fast action to markets, we are happy to make you OEM orders. you can choose any LOGO ways to make it on the exact place of eyewear and package. 50 pieces is acceptable !
8. What's your warranty policy ?
For sunglasses and package, we promised 1 years guarantee, for Optical frames and reading glasses, we promised 2 years guarantee. For some old partners, we support to 5 or more years guarantee for your VIP members.
9. Do you make some special eyeglasses for special people? or some special function glasses for pets?
Yes, we made some special eyeframes and glasses, but you must provide the CAD or PDF drawing before making some physical samples.
