2. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We offer flexible MOQ policies to accommodate various business needs.
- Ready-to-Ship (Stock): MOQ is 10-12 pieces per color. We offer custom branding options for stock frames and lenses.
- OEM/ODM Production: MOQ varies by material and process. For acetate frames, production typically starts at 300 pieces per style (colors can be split 2-3 ways).
Our design team provides support with technical drawings, material analysis, and color matching.

3. Do you provide ODM services for custom designs?
Yes, we have R&D teams based in China and Korea. Please share your sketches or concepts; we will develop 3D technical drawings for your approval prior to mold making and sampling.

4. Can I add my logo to the frames, lenses, or packaging?
Yes, we specialize in private label services. We offer various customization methods including hot stamping, silk printing, laser engraving, and laser with fill. Branding can be applied to frames, lenses, cases, pouches, cleaning cloths, and boxes. Our design team assists with creating artwork layouts for your review.

5. What are your lead times and shipping options?
- Small Orders: Typically 15-30 days.
- Bulk Orders: Typically 35-45 days.
We arrange shipping via sea, air, rail, or international express courier based on your requirements and budget.

6. Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, we recommend ordering samples to verify quality and specifications. Stock samples are available at the same unit price as the bulk order (certain premium models may be excluded). Please note that branding is not typically applied to stock samples.

7. Is the sample cost refundable?
Yes, the sample fee is refundable upon placement of a bulk order that meets our standard MOQ requirements (e.g., 500 units). The fee will be deducted from the total invoice amount.
