Step 1: Requirement & Briefing

You share your vision — reference images, sketches, samples, or even just a style direction. We discuss: frame shape, materials (acetate, metal, titanium, TR-90), lens type (PC, polarized, CR-39, nylon), logo placement, packaging, and target market.

We then review feasibility — structure, cost, and development direction. Once aligned, we provide a detailed quotation and confirm the MOQ (typically 300–1200 pieces per model).

Time: 1–2 weeks

Step 2: Design & Technical Drawing

Our engineering team creates precise CAD drawings — not just the outer shape, but frame thickness, nose pad position, hinge structure, lens size, and wearing angle. Every detail matters: these specs determine whether the design can be stably mass-produced.

Once the drawing is approved, it becomes the blueprint for everything that follows.

Time: 2–4 weeks

Step 3: Sampling 

We produce a physical sample based on the approved CAD drawing. This is not about "looks about right" — it's about confirming the design can be manufactured consistently. Common issues caught at this stage: warping, uneven assembly tolerances, uncomfortable fit.

We ship the sample to you for approval. If adjustments are needed, we revise and resample until it's right.

Step 4: Mold Development

If the design requires new tooling, we develop custom molds. Mold costs typically range from $700 to $3,000+, depending on complexity.

Who pays? For smaller orders (under ~2,000–5,000 pieces), the buyer covers the mold cost. For larger volumes, the factory often absorbs it.

Time: 3–6 weeks

Step 5: Bulk Production

Once the sample is approved and molds are ready, we move to full-scale production. Materials are sourced, frames are formed and finished (polishing, plating, coating, hinge assembly), lenses are cut and fitted, logos are applied (laser engraving, hot stamping, pad printing, metal trims).

Throughout production, we maintain strict quality control — checking symmetry, hinge smoothness, lens alignment, and surface finish.

Step 6: Pre-Shipment Inspection & Packaging ✅

Before anything leaves the factory, every piece goes through final inspection — 100% check on appearance, fit, and function. We verify the product matches the approved sample exactly.

Then we package according to your specifications: logo-printed cleaning cloths, custom boxes, poly bags, master cartons.

Step 7: Shipping

Your order is dispatched — by air (3–10 days) or sea (1–2 months), depending on your timeline and budget.
