A frame starts as a flat acetate sheet. The machine presses it into shape. But over time, uneven stress causes it to warp — and you end up with high-low legs, asymmetry, and a fit that never feels right.

So we fixed it. Together with our factory, we co-developed an all-new acetate material — engineered to resist deformation at the molecular level.

The result:
